Delivery Fees
Free delivery on all products in our Shop within Ireland.
A standard charge of €10 applies to all dispensary orders (Personalized Herbal Formulas) within Ireland.
Rest of the World. Please email herbclinica@gmail.com if you would like to organise delivery to an address outside of Ireland.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed and sent within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order. Deliveries within Ireland are typically made the next day following dispatch; however, please allow up to two full days for delivery after you receive your notification to account for any unforeseen delays.
Returns
Returns are not available for Personalized Herbal Formulas unless the items arrive damaged. In the event that you receive any products that are damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly by email at herbclinica@gmail.com. Be sure to include a clear, detailed picture of the damaged items to help us assess the issue. Once we have reviewed the information and reached an agreement, we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund.
